The Elmcourt hotel was initially built in 1903 as an apartment building with 24 units. To serve the expanding and young city of Brockton, the structure was transformed in the early 1930s into the 60-room Hotel Bryant. The Elmcourt Hotel contains more than 60 suitable rooms.
