What is B.Lin Catering’s cancellation policy for weddings? ▾

There’s no penalty if notice is given 3 months before the event. Penalties increase for cancellations less than 3 months before the event, but no penalties if rescheduled. Cancellations less than 3 business days before the event must be paid in full, except for unforeseen disasters under a declared state of emergency. A 25% non-refundable portion of the 50% deposit applies.

When do I need to pay for a wedding event with B.Lin Catering? ▾

A 50% deposit is required upon contract signing, an additional 25% is due 30 days before the event, and the remaining balance is due on the day of the event.

When is the deadline for payment for a B.Lin Catering corporate or nonprofit event? ▾

For orders that are dropped off, there might be a 50% deposit needed for the first order, and the full amount needs to be paid before delivery. Payment for recurrent orders can be made after delivery and up to net 30, although it is best to pay in advance. A 50% deposit is needed for full-service events at the time the contract is signed, with the remaining amount due the day of the event.

What is the lowest amount that can be ordered from B.Lin Catering? ▾

Minimums are computed prior to taxes and are based on the total amount of food and beverages.

Can I make changes to my delivery order with B.Lin Catering after confirmation? ▾

Changes are allowed until 5 pm three business days prior to the date. Changes after the cut-off may incur a $25 late change fee.

How does B.Lin Catering keep the food warm for delivery orders? ▾

The food arrives hot and maintains warmth for approximately 30 minutes. Disposable chafing sets are recommended for additional time or appetizers.

When can B.Lin Catering make deliveries? ▾

Deliveries are available Monday through Saturday from 7 am to 7:30 pm. The earliest delivery time is 7 am for a start time of 7:30 am. B.Lin Catering is closed on Sundays and national holidays.

What if I need B.Lin Catering for a last-minute event? ▾

Availability is not guaranteed for orders placed within three business days of delivery. A $50 rush fee will be added if accommodation is possible.

What’s the cancellation policy for a full-service event with B.Lin Catering? ▾

Please consult with your event planner for details. Depending on when the event is canceled, forfeiture of the deposit or full payment may still be due.

B.Lin Catering accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express, check, and bank transfer. Payment by credit card includes an additional 3.4% processing fee, which is a pass-through fee from the credit card companies.
