greatEvent is completely free for users and planners. All fees associated with your event are provided directly to you by the hotel, venue, and/or service providers.

Submit your contact details through the Enroll flow. Once verified, you'll get access to your dashboard and can complete your venue profile so planners can find and book you.
Membership unlocks the full Sales & Catering platform — lead generation, business profile, function diary, contract merge, Banquet Event Orders, reporting, room blocks, and gEchat — for $25/user/month plus 3% of booking revenue.
Qualified, real-time leads land directly in your dashboard, where you can assign them to staff and manage every booking from inquiry through to a signed contract.
Non-members pay 5% of revenue generated from a greatEvent booking or lead. Members pay a reduced 3% plus the monthly membership fee.
Enroll your business, complete your profile, and your services become discoverable to planners searching in your area — often bookable in real time.
For $5/user/month plus 3% of revenue, members get lead generation, a business profile, the Sales & Catering platform, daily calendar/dashboard, function diary, and gEchat.
